Our move to the Houston area came on very short notice. My company was relocating me. Fortunately, we found Kathye on the internet. We contacted her, told her what we were looking for and gave her two weeks to gather some information. When we arrived in Houston to view some properties, it happened to be the weekend hurricane Rita was expected to have hit Houston. We had only that weekend to make a decision. It was random (good) luck that brought us to Kathye Warfield. We needed advice and found her through the local yellow pages in Pearland. I just wanted to talk to someone. Kathye was very understanding and even though I was not ready to be a client, she took the time to offer very helpful advice.
